New Delhi: Taking inspiration from Anju-Nasrullah’s love story, a young minor girl from Rajasthan reached Jaipur international airport and requested the authorities that she wants to travel to Pakistan to meet her Instagram lover.
However, considering her suspicious story, minor age, and the unavailability of travel-related documents (Visa, Passport, etc ) with her, the airport authorities grow suspicious of the teenager and handed her over to Jaipur police.
After detaining the girl, police contacted her parents and it was only after the girl was interrogated in front of her parents, she admitted befriending a Pakistani guy Aslam Lahori on Instagram but also made it clear that she had no intention to go to Pakistan and has done all this airport drama merely to gain attention on Social media.
No flights to Pakistan
Later, Airport station officer Digpal Singh spoke about the whole incident and told that yesterday, a minor girl surprised the ticket master by requesting an air ticket to Pakistan from the ticket counter.
He further told that the ticket master and guard already had an idea about the girl being minor so they didn’t take her seriously and thought she is just messing around with them. The officials even informed the girl that there are no flights scheduled from Jaipur to Lahore.
Girl’s fake story
In order to satisfy the officials with her made-up story, the teenager even went on telling them that she has been told by her Pakistani friend about how to handle the airport authorities and what to say when being questioned by the police.
As per her story, the girl originally belongs to Pakistan’s Islamabad and landed in India back in 2020 to reside with one of her aunts. However, as her relationship with her aunt has gone south over the years, she now feels like going back to her country.
Later, the investigation revealed that the minor girl is a resident of Sikar district’s Shrimadhopur village. The authorities will be handing her over to her family after the completion of the remaining formalities.
