All private offices in Delhi to work from home, except those exempted category: DDMA

New Delhi: The Delhi Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) has issued a revised guidelines today after Covid-19 review meeting.

DDMA said that all the private offices in Delhi will remain closed, except those which are falling under the exempted category.

Till then work from home shall be continued. Earlier, offices with 50 per cent employees were allowed to function.

The dine-in service in restaurants is likely to be discontinued in the national capital, takeaways will be allowed.

This comes after Delhi reported a total of 70 deaths since last week of Dec 2021, all hospitals have been now directed to issue necessary directions to ensure timely management of hospital admissions, satisfactory levels of patient care and analysis of COVID deaths.

On Monday, Delhi reported over 19,000 new cases yesterday. Sunday it had reported 22,751 cases.

Also, DDMA in its previous meeting had decided to impose a weekend curfew in Delhi to avoid people crowding the markets and public places.
