Amritpal Singh last seen walking under an umbrella to hide his face from CCTV in Haryana (VIDEO)

New Delhi: Fugitive and Waris Punjab De chief Amritpal Singh was captured in a CCTV Camera where he was seen walking under an umbrella to hide his face after a massive manhunt was launched against him.

He was captured while leaving the home of a woman in Haryana identified as Baljit Kaur who had sheltered him while he tried to escape from the police on Monday. In the CCTV footage, the wanted Khalistani leader can be seen leaving the house in a white shirt and dark blue jeans.

The police on Thursday said that they have arrested the woman for harbouring fugitive and Waris Punjab De chief Amritpal Singh and his aide Papalpreet Singh at her house in Haryana’s Kurukshetra.

Amritpal Singh has been on the run since the police launched a massive launch for him.

On Saturday, Amritpal Singh used five vehicles to escape the arrest. Amritpal and his aide, Papalpreet Singh have been together since the day both have been seen together in other CCTV footage.

Also, Amritpal Singh’s gunman Tajinder Singh Gill was arrested. He was using the gun without license.
