Angry Noida man vandalizes 14 cars with acid after being fired from job, CCTV VIDEO emerges

As the video got circulated on social media & society residents filed complaint to the police, the accused was identified & subsequently held by the Noida police.

New Delhi: In an upscale society of Noida, a 25-year-old man vandalized more than a dozen cars by pouring acid on them. The man, purportedly miffed over his termination from the car washing job, damaged the parked cars in a fit of rage.

The incident took place on Wednesday morning, in the parking area of Maxblis White House society. The whole incident was caught on camera and landed on social media.

In the video, the man could be seen walking with acid in his hand and pouring acid on as many as 14 cars while they were parked in the basement of Noida apartment.


As the video got circulated on social media & society residents filed complaint to the police, the accused was identified & subsequently held by the Noida police.

About accused who poured acid on cars

The accused was identified as Ramraj, a resident of Hardoi district in Uttar Pradesh. Being a regular sweeper of the apartment, he used to clean the cars of the residents, however after repeated complaints from residents, he was fired from his job.


Ramraj, apparently angered over sacking, chose to pour acid on the cars stationed in parking lot of the society, with an intention to ‘take revenge for insult.’

Doors & winsdshield of more than a dozen cars were damaged in the act. The car washer fled the spot after damaging the vehicles but was nabbed by the security officials when an alarm was raised & then handed over to police.

He was booked under Section 427 (mischief) of the Indian Penal Code at Noida Sector 113 police station.
