PM Modi had to return back without addressing his rally that was scheduled for today at Punjab’s Ferozpur was cancelled after PM Modi failed to reach the spot due to major lapse in the security.
PM Modi was stuck on the flyover for 15-20 minutes, said MHA.
This took place despite Prime Minister’s schedule and travel plan was communicated well in advance to the Punjab government.

Here is who said what:

Congress government has stooped so low that they tried all possible tricks to cancel the Hon’ble PM Shri @narendramodi‘s programmes in Punjab. PMs security was compromised and this is beyond shameful. Unacceptable conduct by the Congress Government in Punjab. pic.twitter.com/dcQ6gajLoD

His route blocked, PM Modi was stuck on a flyover for 20 minutes.
Punjab CM Channi refused to get on the phone & address the issue.
Only Punjab police knew the route of the PM.
This is single biggest lapse in security of any Indian PM in recent years.
What was being planned??

Today, during PM Modi’s Punjab visit, the road in which he was travelling was blocked by the protesters
How did the protesters came to know about it?
This happened even after Congress ruled Punjab Police had given clearance
I strongly condemn this lapse in PM’s security pic.twitter.com/BoFSBRJzgu

Such cheap tactics of Congress in Punjab clearly shows they scared and can and will go to any extent to play dirty games.

Fearing a resounding defeat at the hands of the electorate, the Congress Government in Punjab tried all possible tricks to scuttle the PM @narendramodi Ji’s programmes in the state.
