New Delhi: AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi on Wednesday gave a befitting reply to Pakistan’s foreign minister Shah Mahmood Quereshi for his remark on the Muslim girl’s education in India.

Owaisi reacted to Quereshi’s remark while addressing a poll rally in Uttar Pradesh. Owaisi said Pakistan could not protect Malala who is living outside the country due to security reasons. They should not give us lecture on the education of girls living in India.

He added that the neighbour country should mind their own business.

”Pakistan should not lecture India on girl education. Malala was shot there. They failed to provide security to their girls and are now lecturing India,” said the AIMIM chief in his speech.

Owaisi targeted the tweet made by Shah Mahmood Quereshi. Quereshi posted his tweet on the morning of Wednesday.

The pakistan minister said it is very ”oppressive” in nature to ”terrorise” any Muslim woman for wearing a hijab.

Qureshi added that denying the fundamental right was a part of the Indian state plan. It is ghettoisation of Muslims.

”Depriving Muslim girls of an education is a grave violation of fundamental human rights,” wrote Mr Qureshi in his tweet.

Hitting back at Qureshi’s tweet, Owaisi said, ”People of Pakistan should worry about their internal conflicts, no need to interfere in our issues.”

Besides, Owaisi also informed his followers on Twitter that he spoke to the girl who started chanting Allah-hu-Akbar after some boy students wearing saffron shawls raised the slogan of Jai Shri Ram in front of her.

”Spoke to Muskan and her family on call. Prayed for her to remain steadfast in her commitment to education while also exercising her freedom of religion & choice,” read the tweet of Owaisi.
