Bijnor youth arrested for molesting girls by disguising himself in burqa (watch video)

New Delhi: The debate on Hijab in schools is yet not over in India. In a bizarre incident, a man in Najibadbad of Uttar Pradesh’s Bijnor was arrested for molesting girls wearing Burqa on Saturday. It is reported the man has been identified as Sohail. He has been molesting women for the last three days.

Beaten up by locals

Sohail lives in Najibadbad’s Pathanpura area. In the disguise of Burqa, the man used to annoy the school and college girls in public places.

The cloth was helping sohail as the girls were in doubt of his identity whether he is a man. However, the continued mischievous act did not last long. On the third day, when women face the same situation, they started shouting for help from locals.

Hearing the cry, people available nearby caught the troublesome person and beat him up. Only then, everyone got to know that the person is a male.

Police to register a case in serious sections

When Sohail was handed over to the police. Officers could not believe there is a man who is wearing a burqa. However, the police had to force him to show his face. Briefing on the development, the police superintendent of Bijnor, Dr Dharmveer Singh said the Police have arrested the culprit and he is being interrogated further. The case will also be lodged against him

Sohail allegedly would sit next to girls in buses to molest them. He also roamed several times around an educational institute in the city.

Besides, he reportedly used this attire to honeytrap boys and also blackmailed them.
