CM Shivraj introduces Mukhya Mantri Yuva Kaushal Kamai Yojana, urges youth to ‘learn & earn’ from scheme

Speaking at the Youth Mahapanchayat held at Bhopal’s Motilal Nehru Stadium, Chief Minister said that the yojana will open doors before the youths to have an opportunity to learn and earn from the scheme.

New Delhi: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan maintained that his Government has provided immense opportunities for the youth of the State and introduced Mukhya Mantri Yuva Kaushal Kamai Yojana (MMYKKY) that aims to empower the young population of the State.

Speaking at the Youth Mahapanchayat held at Bhopal’s Motilal Nehru Stadium, Chief Minister said that the yojana will open doors before the youths to have an opportunity to learn and earn from the scheme.

“And, my Government has made a special provision of one thousand crore in the budget,” he said.

Under the scheme eligible youths will be getting highly skilled training under the umbrella of high quality infrastructure. The scheme will begin from June 1, he said by adding that a separate youth budget will be prepared in the coming financial year. On the occasion booklet of the popular state youth policy was released.

The Youth Mahapnachayat was held to mark Shaheed Diwas on this day, when the nation pays homage to legendary leaders Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev. While paying homage to the brave martyrs, Chouhan recalled that their sacrifices demand that we value our freedom and work towards to progress of our beloved Bharat Maa.

Chouhan also remembered Swami Vivekananda on the occasion by saying that his works, views on nationalism and nation-building and his teachings regarding serving the people and serving the world continue to inspire us. He asked today’s youth to never, never and ever give up in their life.

The Chief Minister also inaugurated an exclusive youth portal and launched State’s popular youth policy. Chouhan said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has provided immense opportunities for the youth of the country.

Chief Minister praised the Prime Minister for opening areas for capacity building of the youth and expressed confidence that in near future India would surely be top in the world in every field. He appealed the youth to work towards achieving Atmanirbhar Madhya Pradesh.
