New Delhi: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Friday expressed condolences over the demise of Heera Ben, mother of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said that loss of a mother is ‘unbearable and irreparable’ for a son.
“Mother is the entire world for a son,” the Chief Minister tweeted.
“The death of a mother is an unbearable and irreparable loss for a son. The death of respected Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s mother is really sad. May Lord Shri Ram give place to departed soul at his sanctified feet. Om Shanti!,” he added.
PM Modi’s mother, Heera Ben, died in a hospital in Ahmedabad on Friday. She was 100 years old.
