
New Delhi: A video of Karnataka Congress Chief, DK ShivaKumar has gone viral on social media. The video, capturing the arrogance and haughtiness of Congresss leader has sparks anger among netizens.
In the viral video, a man apparently party worker is seen walking close to ShivaKumar and tries to put his hand on his shoulder. ShivaKumar got irked by his behaviour and slapped the man right in front of all and told him to behave in the public.

The incident took place in Mandya when the Congress MLA was visiting former Minister and politician G.Madegowda, who is said to be unwell for the last few days.
However, when the minister realized that Media was also present, he urged them to delete the video as he lost his temper as no covid norms were followed at the moment.
Karnataka BJP rebukes Shivakumar’s behaviour
Karnataka BJP reacted to the viral video soon enough. “The high-handed behavior of DK Shivakumar towards his own karyakarta is highly deplorable. He is unable to shed his previous image. He is repeatedly indulging in arrogant behavior even towards his own cadre. The party is being headed by a person who does not have basic decency in public life.” said BJP Spokesperson S Prakash.

Past incidents of Cong leader slapping co-worker
This however isn’t the first time Kumar has misbehaved in public life. Earlier in 2017 in Belgaum, he smacked a man’s hand who wanted to take a selfie with him. A similar incident took place in 2018 in an election campaign in Bellary.
