Daredevil Act: Mumbai man goes viral for sleeping on luggage rack in photo

New Delhi: Mumbai locals are known for being the busiest urban rail system in the world. In local trains, about 7.5 million passengers travel every day. The number of passengers local trains carry every day is around 2.6 times more than its normal capacity. Owing to this, many people do not get any seats and travel while standing in the coach.

However, a man is now going viral on social media for doing a daredevil act inside the coach. It is unbelievable that anyone can sleep while travelling on Mumbai local trains during rush hours but the viral shows a different picture. The photo shows the man taking a nap on the luggage rack while other passengers are traveling normally.

In the photo, captured by a fellow passenger, one can also see that he is covering his eyes with a piece of cloth. He is wearing a pair of jeans and a T-shirt.

As soon as the photo was shared on Reddit, it went viral. Many users are also started commenting on it.

A user said in Hindi, ”Yeh samaj hume chain se jeene nahi dega (This society will not let us live in piece)”

”That’s what is available for common people of Mumbai…look at the rest of the people watching jealously..sad low class,” commented a user.

A user questioned, ”Okay but how did he get up there in the first place?”

”Seems risky, anyone could grab that shirt and choke you out…Then take your spot,” read a comment.
