Earlier today, Kejriwal wrote to Prime Minister Narendra Modi regarding the “serious situation” in the national capital and highlighted the “grave shortage of COVID beds and oxygen supply.”
“Delhi’s situation of COVID-19 has become very serious. There is a grave shortage of COVID beds and oxygen supply. We are doing everything we can at our level. Your help would be needed,” Kejriwal wrote.
“Del facing acute shortage of oxygen. In view of sharply increasing cases, Del needs much more than normal supply. Rather than increasing supply, our normal supply has been sharply reduced and Delhi’s quota has been diverted to other states. OXYGEN HAS BECOME AN EMERGENCY IN DEL,” he tweeted this evening.
