New Delhi: In a shocking incident, a BJP leader named Rahul Singh was shot dead by assailants in broad daylight.
Rahul Singh was attacked with bullets while he went on morning walk outside his residence.
The assailants attacked him near Mayur Public school and rained 6 bullets on him.
Rahul Singh fought the MCD councillor elections on BJP ticket from West Vinod Nagar of East Delhi.
The BJP leader was also attacked 8 months ago but that time, he escaped the bid on his life.
Delhi Police has launched probe and manhunt for the assailants. However, initial findings hint at personal enmity, said reports.
The dead body has been sent for post-mortem. More details awaited.
