New Delhi: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has warned the people of state to stay vigilant of divisive elements in the state.
The Chief Minister, without naming Congress, Samajwadi Party (SP) and Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP), asked people to guard against their nefarious designs.
“Disunity, division, discrimination is in their DNA. First, they divided the country at the ideology level and now are out to divide the society on the basis of caste, religion, community and regionalism. Even as the interest of the ‘family’ is paramount for them” he pointed out.
He said that the BSP and SP ruled the state for 15 years but in the name of achievement they have only corruption and anarchy. CM Yogi made these remarks while addressing the office bearers of booth, division and sector of Deoria assembly constituency going to by-polls on 3rdNovember 2020, via virtual meeting from his residence on Saturday.
He asked party workers to disseminate the message of development initiated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
“The graph of BJP is heading northward day by day. Which, in fact, has upset the apple’s cart of the opposition” he added further.
The Chief Minister said that as many as 50,000 children died between 1974 and 2017 due to Encephalitis in eastern part of the state. He said most of the deceased children were from poor families but nobody raised their voice for them. CM said his government resolved to root out Encephalitis.
The CM also announced that the medical college of Deoria will start functioning full-fledged from the next session and also the permanent solution of drainage problem of Deoria will be erased.
Lastly, he came heavily on the opposition parties for selling out Sugar Mills one by one that dis-balanced the sugar economy of the region once considered as ‘sugar bowl’ of the state.
UP BJP President Swatantra Dev Singh exhorted the party men to work on the development model as the success of the party lies in its efforts toward the developmental changes brought in by the party.
“The efforts of CM and each partymen are testimony to record victory in the by-polls” he added further.
