New Delhi: Shiva Sena leader Sanjay Raut was summoned by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Monday in connection with a money laundering case over the Patra Chawl redevelopment project based in Mumbai. Soon after the summon, many people shared their responses on Twitter under a hashtag, Arrest Sanjay Raut.

A day ago, he made a controversial statement against the rebel MLAs of Shiv Sena who are in the group of Eknath Shinde.

He said the MLA who have gone there are not alive, they are now dead. When they will return, only there bodies will come here (Mumbai).

Earlier, AIMIM chief responded on the Maharashtra politics saying it looks like dance of monkeys.

Responding to the development, a Twitter user namely Prince Raj said, ”Ed Summons Sanjay Raut; netizens react on Twitter under hashtag Arrest Sanjay Raut.”

A Twitter wrote, ”He’s a threat to Democracy, please @HMOIndia ji immediately Arrest this men.”

”Dear @MumbaiPolice, Please #arrestsanjayraut for direct incitement for violence against MLAs,” wrote another user sharing a video clip.
