New Delhi: In a shocking revelation in Ayesha, a 23-year-old woman’s suicide case, the Ahmedabad Police has accessed the 70-minute call recording in which her husband where Arif, can be heard telling Ayesha, “Go die and send me a video of your death”.
It is said that Ayesha talked with her husband before taking the extreme step. It has been revealed Ayesha spoke to him for 70 minutes before jumping to death.
However, Ayesha’s husband was arrested from Pali district of Rajasthan, Aarif Khan, accused of abetting the suicide of his 23-year-old wife in the Sabarmati river on February 25, was brought to Ahmedabad on Tuesday morning.

Ayesha lawyer revealed that Ayesha’s husband Arif had an extra-marital affair with a Rajasthan girl. He used to video call her girlfriend in presence of his wife Ayesha and also engaged in obscene and vulgar talks with her. This was extremely depressing and troubling for Ayesha but she chose to stay mum and bear with all the pain.
This was informed by Ayesha’s lawyer Zaffar Pathan.

According to police, the victim was Ayesha Banu Makrani (23), a resident of Almina Park in Vatva of Ahmedabad, who was employed with ICICI Bank in the city.
Ayesha was married to Aarif Khan Gafurji from Jalore in Rajasthan. They got married in July 2018 and were recently estranged from each other. Ayesha was staying with her parents in Ahmedabad since March last year.
