Haryana to get new law for 75% jobs reservation in private sector for locals

The Haryana Assembly last year passed a bill providing for 75 per cent reservation of factory and other blue-collar jobs for local candidates.

New Delhi: Haryana Deputy Chief Minister Dushyant Chautala on Tuesday said that the Governor has approved a bill for reservation of 75% private jobs for the people of the state. The legislation was passed by the state assembly last year.

“This is the day of great happiness for the youths of the state…the youths of the state now will get 75 percent reservation in private jobs…they will get reservation in every company, society and trust,” reports quoted Chautala as saying
