New Delhi: In a horrifying incident in Kerala, the police have arrested three persons for allegedly doing black magic and carrying out human sacrifice of 2 women. The two women victims were reportedly murdered and cut into pieces before being buried in Pathanamthitta district of the state.
The shocking incident was reported from Thiruvalla area of Pathanamthitta district and those who behind the abominable crime are a couple, who killed both the woman inside their house in hope of financial prosperity.
The police have started procedure to exhume the bodies so as to establish the trail of crime. The victims have been identified as Padma and Roslin, and both used to sell lotteries to earn a livelihood. They had gone missing in June & September. The probe began after complaint of Padma missing was lodged by her family members. Police got a clue about human sacrifice and learnt of the heinous crime after grilling of an accused.
Those arrested have been identified as Bhagavanth Singh, a local massage therapist, and his wife Laila, both natives of Thiruvalla.
Rasheed alias Muhammand Shafi has also been arrested. He is said to be the agent who brought both the deceased women to house of the couple where they were sacrificed, said reports.
