Besides the national capital, Coronavirus cases have been reported in Uttar Pradesh, Rajashtan, Telangana, and Kerala.

Nadda made Dal Bahadur Chauhan as BJP state president of Sikkim, K Surendran as Kerala BJP chief and Vishnu Dutt Sharma in Madhya Pradesh.

In the tourism sector, a total number of 1.67 crore tourists (foreign and domestic) visited the state in the year 2018 indicating 5.93 per cent increase over the previous year which shows that the sector rebounded quickly after the floods of 2018.

The patient who first tested positive for coronavirus is currently hospitalised in Thrissur Medical College and her condition is stable.

"Wuhan University has a majority of students from Kerala. We are finding those students and putting them under monitoring. We are putting all those who returned from China under observation," Shailaja said.

Kerala Health Minister KK Shailaja said 20 samples were sent for tests out of which one was found to be positive for novel coronavirus.
