Kerala: Army jawan assaulted, ‘PFI’ penned on his back; chilling VIDEO surfaces’

New Delhi: In a shocker from Kerala, an Army jawan was attacked & assaulted by a group of men allegedly belonging to the outlawed Popular Front of India (PFI) and then his body labeled as PFI. An FIR has filed after the chilling video surfaced.

Inscribing the words ‘PFI’ on his back, apparently with some paint colour.

Notably, the PFI is an Islamist radical outfit, which was recently banned by the Central govt. It is also under probe by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) and Enforcement Directorate (ED) for alleged roles in multiple terror cases.

The incident happened in Kerala’s Kollam on September 24 (Sunday). According to police complaint by the Army personnel Shinde Kumar, he was attacked by a group of about 6 people in a rubber forest next to his house in Kadakkal.

The reason behind the murderous assault on the Army jawan is not known yet. And, the police are yet to make any arrests in the case.
