For the unversed, the entire Chandrayaan-3 mission is being handled by ISRO team from its Bengaluru headquarters but the Congress leaders seems completely unaware of this fact.

He is presumably of the assumption that the Chandrayaan-3 spacecraft was carrying astronauts on the Moon.
Rajasthan Minister’s comment may be an attempt to garner attention in light of India’s historic Moon mission but with such careless remark, he only left his party & govt red-faced.

The minister also drew many mocking reactions from netizens, owing to his blooper. A user in a jeering remark, termed him ‘Gems of Congress’.
