Immigration racket busted: IGI airport team nabs 3 more agents, who duped people on pretext of sending abroad

These gang of agents used to hoodwink people of their hard earned money on pretext of sending them abroad. These agents were involved in making forged passports, fake Visas & also travel documents in connivance with accomplices in Delhi & Punjab.

New Delhi: In a major breakthrough, three more agents of an international immigration racket have been arrested by the IGI Airport police team. These agents were involved in two cheating cases. 1 Indian passport & 2 forged Visas from different countries have been recovered from their custody.

These gang of agents used to hoodwink people of their hard earned money on pretext of sending them abroad. These agents were involved in making forged passports, fake Visas & also travel documents in connivance with accomplices in Delhi & Punjab.

Lot many items like Laptops, forged stamps of embassies, colour paper roll used in making visa stickers, visa papers have been recovered from the accused.

The matter came to light after 3 suspicious passengers, namely Sucha Singh, Surjit Singh and Amardeep Singh were offloaded from flight for checking on March 16, this year. They were travelling to Paris by Vistara Airlines.

The arrested agents have been identified as Jasvinder Singh Barmi, Bajinder Singh & Harcharan Singh. Jasvinder is said to be the mastermind of immigration racket as he used to send people abroad on basis of forged & fabricated documents. Bajinder & Harcharan were active members of the syndicate and have history of being involvement in fake visa & passport cases.
