In Saakar NGO’s digital ‘Aagaaz 6’, a musical evening for & by the judges, bureaucrats and senior leaders
Every year, the program is organized amid presence of distinguished dignitaries but this time, it went online with all guests joining via video conferencing.
New Delhi: It was a special musical evening organized by the Saakar NGO, to mark its 6 years of altruistic and devoted service to the society. The singing program saw presence as well as participation of top rung officials from various streams including Judiciary, Bureaucracy and Politics. That included Vijay Singh(IPS), Ranjeet Singh(DC Excise), Shailendra Malik(ASJ CBI), Rajinder Singh(ADJ), Pranjal Aneja(DJS), Himakshi Rajawat and Suhaan Sehgal.
‘Aagaaz 6’ was sixth edition of the program. Every year, the program is organized amid presence of distinguished dignitaries but this time, it went online with all guests joining via video conferencing. The program was organized by Saakar NGO President Mr Sandeep Sehgal and was supported by Polyfix.
The digital ‘Aagaaz 6’ was inaugurated digitally by Shyam Jaju, BJP National Vice-President and SN Shrivastava, Delhi Police Commissioner.
The musical program kicked off with an inaugural address by Ahlcon Group of Schools Director Dr Ashok Pandey and saw participation of several eminent personalities including senior IPS officer Ajay Choudhary, pop singer Shankar Sahni and BJP leaders Kailash Vijayvargiya and Sudhanshu Mittal.
Rashmi Khurana, emcee of the show set the tone with her versatile co-ordination skills and kept everyone glued through event with her fine anchoring.
BJP General Secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya became the USP of musical evening as he crooned a Bollywood classic in his melodious voice, drawing all-round applause from fellow guests.
Shyam Jaju, BJP National Vice-President had a piece of advice on countering the Coronavirus menace. He also lightened the mood amid Corona gloom by reading out few verses. Veteran leader Sudhanshu Mittal also showed his poetic skills in the Aagaaz 6 programme.
A book titled ‘I know you know’, written by Senior Civil judge Sushant Changotra was also unveiled at the event.
The online program saw all distinguished personalities lauding Saakar’s initiatives in serving the underprivileged class of the society and wishing the NGO further success in its future endeavours.
Lastly, Saakar President Sandeep Sehgal thanked all the guests for letting their hair down and present their ‘musical side’ to the Aagaaz 6 audience.
