New Delhi: Chattisgarh CM Bhupesh Bhagel on Sunday said that on the occasion of Janmashtami festival, liquor shops and non-vegetarian shops have been directed to remain closed tomorrow on 30 August 2021.
Meanwhile, the government has taken a big decision regarding this festival. This is the first time that the sale of liquor has been stopped on Janmashtami.

This comes after Chattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel met Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Friday.
Janmashtmi will be celebrated on Saturday by Krishna devotees all around the world. Lord Krishna is regarded to be the eighth incarnation of Lord Vishnu.
