New Delhi: India’s richest businessman Mukesh Ambani has so far refrained from malls & multiplex businesses but last evening marked Reliance Industries (RIL)’s foray into this segment.
Jio World Plaza, owned & operated by India’s business tycoon, opened its doors to public on November 1. Located in Mumbai’s Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), it will be apparently the biggest luxury mall in the country and will house top-end fashion brands from across the country & the world.
The inauguration of the luxury mall saw plethora of Bollywood celebrities thronging at the multiplex and this included the likes of Kareena Kapoor, Malaika Arora, Karan Johar, Suneil Shetty, Shehnaaz Gill & more.

According to reports, world’s another billionaire Bernard will also open his open his flagship Louis Vuitton store here. LVMH will reportedly pay a rent of Rs 40 lakh per month.
The store will also collections by renowned Indian fashion artists including Manish Malhotra, Abu Jani-Sandeep Khosla, Rahul Mishra, Falguni and Shane Peacock, and Ritu Kumar.
