Kangana Ranaut meets CM Yogi at his residence, to be brand ambassador of ODOP

New Delhi: Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut met UP chief minister Yogi Adityanath at his residence in Lucknow. The actress paid a visit to CM Yogi’s residence after wrapping her Moradabad scheduled of the upcoming movie Tejas.

This was supposed to be a courtesy meet but post their meeting, the state govt announced that she will be brand ambassador of CM Yogi’s ambitious programme – One District One Product Programme (ODOP).

ODOP is one of the flagship programmes of the UP govt, which seeks to encourage the indigenous production of goods and local craft and its promotion in domestic & international markets.

‘Ramchandra ki tarah yahan raj rahen,’ said Kangana

Showering praise on the good works of Yogi govt in Uttar Pradesh, Kangana Ranaut said “Ramchandra ki tarah tapaswee raja ka yahan raaj rahein (May the ‘king’ who is like Lord Ram be in power here).

The actress is understood to have extended good wishes to the Chief Minister for upcoming Assembly elections.

Kangana excited before meeting CM

Kangana also shared her excitement about meeting the UP Chief Minister on her Instagram account and said that she was looking forward to their meeting.
