New Delhi: While the campaigning for Karnataka Assembly election gathers pace, a video of man cleaning Prime Minister’s cut-out after the rainfall surfaced on social media, thereby drawing many reactions from netizens.
The man reached out to the cut-out of PM Modi erected in Devanahalli area and was seen wiping off rainwater from it. The incident came hours ahead of proposed Amit Shah’s poll rally in the district.
Home Minister Amit Shah also shared a tweet by BJP’s Karnataka unit and said that such unwavering faith in PM Modi’s leadership shows people’s commitment towards the party & its top leader.
In the video, shared by news agency ANI, the man is seen wearing a dhoti & white shirt and wiping off the rainwater with help of his ‘gamcha’ on Friday evening.

When the person was asked as o why was he doing it and whether he was being paid money for this.
“I don’t take money from anyone. I am doing it because of my love and trust for PM Modi, ” he replied.

Many saluted the man for his modest behavior, some said that this is what BJP has earned, while others called it a ‘PR stunt’ of BJP.
