New Delhi: In yet another horrific incident, a Kashmir Pandit was shot dead by suspected militants on Sunday at Achan in South Kashmir’s Pulwama district.
The victim has been identified as Sanjay Sharma.
According to a senior police officer, the militants fired upon Sanjay Sharma son of Kashi Naath Sharma of Achan when he was going to a local market.
Terrorists fired upon one civilian from minority namely Sanjay Sharma from Pulwama while on way to local market. He was shifted to hospital however, he succumbed to injuries. There was Armed guard in his village. Area cordoned off. Details shall follow: Kashmir Police pic.twitter.com/cX5m9LaXdf

Soon he was shifted to a nearby hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
After the incident, the area has been cordoned off.
