New Delhi: Jalandhar’s popular pizza couple Sehaj Arora and Gurpreet Kaur are back in the media glare over a recent controversy related to certain Sikh group, as the latter claimed that the couple made malicious & scandalous remarks against them.
People linked to Shaheed Baba Banda Singh Bahadur, a Sikh outfit gathered outside their shop at Nakodar chowk and staged demonstration against couple’s alleged objectionable & distasteful slur against them.
The Sikh outfit claims that the Kulhad couple, in a recent video casted aspersions on them and also used cuss words against them.
Protesting outside their shops, it demanded an apology from them. The couple, having made a name for themselves, remained unavailable for their comments.
Sikh group livid with Kulhad couple
The Sikh outfit protested outside the shop of Kulhad Pizza couple and also shouted slogans. They claimed that the couple are making a mockery of their religious beliefs and in a recent video, the couple also made a demeaning reference.

The activists of Shaheed Baba Banda Singh Bahadur vented their anger at the couple and demanded that the latter issues an apology for the causing grave disrespect to the group.
How Kulhad couple shot to infamy
Sehaj Arora and Gurpreet Kaur, the newly married couple of Ludhiana endeared themselves to the hearts of not just locals but also to who’s who of the city with their unique pizza innovation. Their kulhad pizza gained popularity not just in Jalandhar but also across the state.
While they saw swing of their fortune, an intimate video of the couple went viral on social media, thereby thwarting all their good works.

The obscene video footage left them red-faced. Though, the couple disowned it and claimed that it was the handiwork of Artificial Intelligence but their reputation took a heavy toll with this episode.

Later, Sehaj Arora took to social media and made an earnest request to public to not propagate it further, even it was illegal, as this was causing irreparable loss of face for them.
