Kalki also added that the unfortunate phenomenon of sexual violence against both boys and girls is happening so frequently that the perpetrators are not deterred by the outcome of such a heinous crime.

Kalki also questioned the mentality which has become the engine behind this kind of heinous crime. According to Koechlin, r*apists are always taught to be stronger and more important than others. Naturally, this idea of domination and power inequality comes in with these ideas.

In the concluding remarks, Kalki urged everyone to pull the men on the threshold of questioning and reasoning for these heinous crimes.

“Justice for Women!”- Sara Ali Khan

On the other hand, Sara Ali Khan has also demanded ‘Justice for Women!’ in her Instagram story. Veteran actor Soni Razdan also expressed her frustration on social media as she lamented the misogynistic rhetoric of protecting women and granting them rights.

It showed the paternalistic mindset of the people to grant protection to women in a free and democratic country where everyone resides in an egalitarian society. Razdan urged everyone to make the country safer for women so that the cries for ‘protection’ do not echo in each nukkad of the country.
