Meerut: Man spits on Roti while cooking in an event, video goes viral

New Delhi: With the wedding season on, food becomes the utmost priority for both the visitors as well as the organisers. Caterer services are often given charge for making plenty of food items keeping in mind the hygiene as well. However, sometimes it is seen that because of too much pressure, the cooks sacrifice the hygiene of the food. One such incident has come to light which went viral on social media.

The now-viral video shows that a young man is spitting on the roti while making it on the tandoor. This happened at an engagement party that took place in Meerut. Reportedly, the man has been identified as Naushad. The video has been published on the net on December 3 after which it has gone viral on social media.

The video has been taped by a child present there. The child saw that Naushad is spitting on the roti while making it on the tandoor. He later showed the video to his family members.

Following this, the family members called up the contractor of the caterer service and told him about the incident, asking him to call the accused. The contractor and Naushad were summoned by the family members after which the incident was reported to the police.

The police arrested the accused as well as the contractor and both are under the process of interrogation.
