New Delhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi today reached Rajasthan’s Udaipur from a train to attend the party’s three-day ‘Chintan Shivir’, beginning from May 13. He boarded the train from Delhi’s Sarai Rohilla railway station on the evening of May 12.

Gandhi was welcomed by party workers and coolies at the station. During his journey, Mr Gandhi was accompanied by Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel and former Union minister Jairam Ramesh.

However, Gandhi caught the attention of meme makers on Twitter over his visit to the city.

In the three-day ‘Chintan Shivir’, the senior party leaders, including Rahul Gandhi will do an analysis of the electoral defeats in past many years.

After the ‘Shivir’ gets completed, the conclusions will be recorded in the form of a declaration.

A user on Twitter wrote, ”What Rahul Gandhi achieved in his political life till this date on his own….there should be at least one reason to look upon him.”
