Lucknow: As is known to all, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is very sensitive toward the well being of the children and women of the state. Under Mission Shakti, on one hand, while the Yogi government is emphasizing women’s safety, protection and development, on the other hand under Mission Vatsal, the state’s children are being looked after, protected and are being rehabilitated.
The Yogi government has prepared an excellent action plan for the arrangements for the maintenance, education, and medical treatment of the children orphaned due to the corona epidemic in the state, under which work is being done on behalf of the department at the grassroots level as per the instructions of the CM. To give further focus to these initiatives, the MIS portal of Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana is being launched this month by the Department of Women and Child Development.
Manoj Rai, Director, Women and Child Development Department said that the MIS portal which has been readied by the department would have two types of information which the information of destitute children and women will be kept in the MIS portal, while under the Mukhya Mantri Bal Seva Yojana, all the information of both ordinary and Covid children will be present.
He said that the number of children registered under UP Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojna (Covid) in UP is 11049, and the number of children registered under UP Mukhyamantri Bal Seva Yojana (General) is 5200. All the information related to the children registered under these two will be available on the portal. In which complete details of their monitoring including their address, health card, number of children who benefited from the scheme will also be there.
