Mukhyamantri Parishad meeting: PM Modi meets 18 CMs of BJP-ruled states; guides them ahead of 2024 general polls 

Ahead of the 2024 BJP election, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday participated in the Mukhyamantri Parishad meeting held at BJP headquarters in New Delhi.

New Delhi: Ahead of the 2024 BJP election, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday participated in the Mukhyamantri Parishad meeting held at BJP headquarters in New Delhi. In the meeting under the chairmanship of party President JP Nadda, 18 Chief Ministers of the BJP-ruled states participated.

Senior party leaders presented their reports on the development and welfare schemes. They also received valuable feedback from PM Modi for the upcoming assembly polls and the 2024 Lok Sabha election.

In view of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav, the leaders also discussed the ways to aware the people regarding the Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign. However, they also get suggestions on how to achieve a 100% target of all centrally sponsored welfare schemes and flagship programmes.

Chief Minister of states such as Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath, Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma and Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhamiare, Nagaland CM Nephio Rio, Karnataka CM Basavaraj Bommai, Tripura CM Manik Saha, Gujarat CM Bhupendra Patel, and Goa CM Pramod Sawant were among those who attended the meeting.

A similar meeting was also held last year, in which PM Modi had asserted that the development of youth and women empowerment is the area of priority of the government. He added that we have to strengthen the nutrition campaign and tackle malnutrition.

Last year, the meeting was held in Varanasi.
