New Delhi: A couple was seen riding on a scooter in an inappropriate posture at the Bandra Reclamation road. The couple drew the attention of many people on the busy streets of the city. The couple was seen displaying affection on a moving vehicle raised security concerns for many travelling on the same road. The video of the act was captured by one of the user and posted it in the social media. The video soon catched the attention of many on the social media platforms demanding strict action.

Couple was riding without a helmet
Flouting all the safety norms, the couple was bothered to wear the helmet. The female and the male driver who was riding the scooty did not bother to wear a helmet. The video shows the woman sitting in the reverse posture on the man’s lap who was driving. Both were seen wrapped in a shawl. Both were seen driving blatantly without following any traffic rules. The video was shot by a commuter on the highway who might have posted later in social media.
Netizens demand strict action
The video irked netizens and quick reactions started coming in the social media tagging Mumbai Police. Some users wrote, complaint kro, someone wrote, why is police not taking any action. One user wrote, Let me know about it, any app that considers complaints from whoever breaks traffic rules or humanity rules.”
Riding with a partner without safety precautions has become a norm
This isn’t the first instance when a couple is caught in a moving vehicle like this. There have been many incidents reported in the past where many couple were seen driving with their partners in indecent postures putting their and other’s lives at risk. Meanwhile Mumbai Police took note of the incident and filed case against the rider.
