Nitish Kumar’s ‘sex education’ inside Bihar Assembly sparks debate, VIDEO circulates

The Bihar CM said this while trying to explain on how education women can bring a difference in popular control by ‘applying brakes’.

New Delhi: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar courted a major controversy on Tuesday by speaking in detail on the sex education inside the Assembly and elucidating on how ‘clever strategy’ by educated wives can help in population control.

Nitish Kumar went on an unrestrained & unhindered speech on sex education, while presenting numbers about the caste based census, conducted by his Mahagathbandhan government in the state recently.

Nitish Kumar is receiving a lot of flak and backlash on social media for speaking allegedly on ejaculation & intercourse inside the Assembly, in presence of many women legislators. Many users are calling out the Bihar CM for using such ‘vulgar & crass’ language inside the House.

The Bihar CM said this while trying to explain on how educated women can bring a difference in popular control by ‘applying brakes’.

What Nitish Kumar said

While elaboration on the caste census numbers, Nitish Kumar counted the benefits of education, especially women literacy and how it can help in containing the population explosion.


“When an educated woman gets married, her husband gets intimate with her every night, especially during winters. This leads to high birth rate. But, when a girl is educated, she takes active lead and discourages the partner in doing it inside. Don’t do it inside, do it outside,” CM Nitish said in the house.

Many women members were taken aback at Chief Minister’s statement and others wore a restrained smile on their faces.

In the same breadth, CM Nitish also added that the fertility rate stood at 4.3% ealier but now it was going down.


Nitish mocked for crass comments

Nitish’s explanation of the reasons of high birth rate and ways for population control took the netizens by surprise. However, most of them were left in disbelief over Chief Minister’s weird comments in public.

Many users called out Nitish Kumar while others said that age was showing up on him and he was ‘going insane’.

CM demands special status for Bihar

Chief Minister Nitish Kumar again reiterated his demand for special status to Bihar and also made an appeal to the Centre to conduct caste-based census across the country.

He also proposed to increase the scope reservation from 50 to 65%.
