New Delhi: Photo and video sharing platform, Instagram was down on Thursday, September 22. Instagram users around the world were facing problems refreshing their feeds and sending messages. Netizens have confirmed the same by taking to Twitter. Around 19,000 users were having trouble accessing the social media platform, informed Downdetector, a real-time problem and outrage monitoring website.
