New Delhi: Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Monday hit out at the Opposition for its unruly conduct in the house.

As PM Modi started introducing new members of his cabinet, the Opposition benches created ruckus and slogan-shouting.

Slamming the conduct, Rajnath said, “for the first time in my political career, I have been Prime Minister being prevented from introducing new ministers in the house.”

He said that this behaviour showed the mindset & aversion of Congress & other opposition parties towards backward castes. A majority of new inductees in the recently expanded cabinet belong to OBC, SC & STs.
