Two days ahead of the conclusion of the budget session, PM Narendra Modi on Wednesday took to Twitter to thank his all MP colleagues for a healthy discussion on the situation in Ukraine.

New Delhi: Two days ahead of the conclusion of the budget session, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday took to Twitter to thank his all MP colleagues for a healthy discussion on the situation in Ukraine and India’s efforts to bring back our citizens through Operation Ganga.

”Over the last few days, Parliament has witnessed a healthy discussion on the situation in Ukraine and India’s efforts to bring back our citizens through Operation Ganga. I am grateful to all MP colleagues who enriched this discussion with their views,” tweeted PM Modi.

In his second tweet, PM Modi said a rich debate illustrates how there is bipartisanship when it comes to matters of foreign policy. It also helps the country to strengthen its foreign policy on the world stage.

”The rich level of debate and the constructive points illustrate how there is bipartisanship when it comes to matters of foreign policy. Such bipartisanship augurs well for India on the world stage,” read the tweet of PM Modi.

”It is our collective duty to care for the safety and well-being of our fellow citizens and the Government of India will leave no stone unturned to ensure our people do not face any troubles in adverse situations,” said Narendra Modi in his third tweet.

Notably, the Budget Session of Parliament was commenced on January 31.
