New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today interacted with the CWG22 Indian contingent. PM Modi hosted all the medal winners of the Commonwealth 2022 games at his official residence.
At the CWG 2022, India finished at the fourth position with 61 medals.
PM Modi while interacting with them said he was confident that they would come back victorious.

PM Modi said that he had thought of meeting them despite being busy and celebrate Vijayotsav.

He said that it is a matter of immense pride that with their hard work and & inspiring achievement, the country is entering Azadi ka Amrit Kaal.
PM also mentioned that beside historic performance in CWG, the nation also hosted Chess Olympiad successfully for the first time.
