Rahul Gandhi’s security breached in Punjab, Man in orange jacket seen trying to hug Cong leader (VIDEO)

The Bharat Jodo Yatra is expected to conclude in Srinagar by January 30.

New Delhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi’s security was breached today during the ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ in Punjab’s Hoshiarpur after a man rushed to him and tried to hug him before he was pulled away by the party workers.

The video was shared by the news agency ANI, in the 12-second video, a man can be seen running towards Rahul Gandhi in an orange jacket as he was marching.

The man can be seen trying to hug the Congress leader, who can be seen distancing himself from the man.

Congress’s Bharat Jodo Yatra today resumed from Punjab’s Tanda on Tuesday morning.

Senior Congress leaders including its Punjab chief Amrinder Singh Raja Warring, Harish Chaudhary, and Raj Kumar Chabbewal, were also seen working along Rahul Gandhi during the yatra.

The Bharat Jodo Yatra is expected to conclude in Srinagar by January 30.
