Rahul & Priyanka Gandhi go on leopard safari, hours after ‘Chintan Shivir’

New Delhi: The Congress Chintan Shivir in Rajasthan’s Udaipur held many brainstorming sessions to decode & dissect the shortcomings in party also adopted a couple of resolutions for reviving the party. Despite the intense feud in Rajasthan unit, the party made headlines for the right reasons and culminated on a good note. However, at the end of brainstorming three-day session, a fresh controversy has broken out over Rahul & Priyanka Gandhi’s leopard safari in Jawai region of the state.

After wrapping up the Chintan Shivir, the Gandhi siblings reached Jawai bandh region of Sumerpur area in Paali district for a ‘quick holiday’ after the three-day long deliberations to revive grand old party.

Rahul and Priyanka went on a leopard safari this morning amid tight security. However, with sudden arrival of Gandhi siblings in Jawai, the police department got in a tizzy and had to go in an overdrive to ensure security preparations.

Rahul and Priyanka stayed at a private resort in Jawai and undertook a leopard safari on Monday morning. Along with them, a big contingent of Congress leaders also came accompanying them in a large convoy numbering 75 vehicles, reports said.

Priyanka Gandhi’s children also visited the town for the famous safari, visited by celebrities. The whole family went on excursion amidst tight security.
With Gehlot administration rolling down red carpet for the Gandhi duo, the BJP has taken potshots at it and calling it ‘Chill out Shivir’ than Chintan Shivir. The 3-day Chintan Shivir was organised to brainstorm the reasons behind party’s debacle & to draw roadmap for reviving party.
