Railway Minister reaches out to passengers, takes feedback on train services & hygiene (VIDEO)

The Minister walked up to the passengers and took feedback from passengers on how they rate the services and what could be done to improve the quality of train journey.

New Delhi: Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw on Thursday took first-hand account of passengers experience on their train journey. Reaching out to passengers, the Minister spoke with the passengers in detail about various train services including sanitation & hygiene.

The Minister walked up to the passengers and took feedback from passengers on how they rate the services and what could be done to improve the quality of train journey.

Speaking to passengers, the Railway Minister also shared PM Modi’s vision about the Indian Railways and development in the country.

The Railway Minister had boarded the train for an overnight journey from Bhubaneswar to Rayagada, as part of party’s Jan Ashirwad Yatra.

Minister joins BJP’s ‘Jan Ashirwad Yatra’ in Odisha

The Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw has embarked on BJP’s ‘Jan Ashirwad Jatra’ with four-day visit to Odisha. Accompanied by Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, Vaishnaw launched the four-day programme in the state to aware people of the benefits of various central schemes.

“Odisha is always my karma bhoomi,” Vaishnaw said.

Pradhan and Vaishnaw went to Lord Jagannath temple in Puri and were welcomed by the people on their way to the pilgrim town from here.

Taking to Twitter, the railway minister posted a photo of him with an elderly person who greeted him on his way to Puri. He stopped his vehicle at several places and interacted with the people standing on both sides of the road.
