Rupesh Kumar Singh’s murder: Nitish Kumar lost his cool when reporters asked him question involving the murder of IndiGo’s airport manager on Friday.

New Delhi: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Friday lashed out at the media over what he called “wrong and inappropriate” questions on the murder of an IndiGo airline executive close to his home. “If you have any clues, please share with the police,” the Bihar Chief Minister sneered, challenging reporters to help solve the crime.

“Your questions are completely wrong, entirely inappropriate,” said Nitish Kumar to reporters when asked him about IndiGo manager Rupesh Kumar Singh’s killing on Tuesday.

He further said that Bihar ranks at 23 in the country as far as incidents of crime are concerned. Law is in place. Police are finding out more information. A speedy trial will be done, so that stringent action is taken against the culprit on time. I have been assured by the DGP.

Meanwhile, Sushil Modi also met the family of Rupesh Kumar Singh.

IndiGo airlines manager shot dead in Patna

Rupesh Kumar Singh, a manager with IndiGo airlines, who was shot at by unidentified bike-borne men in the Punaichak area of Patna on Tuesday, later died of his injuries.

Unidentified bike-borne men shot at him and he was admitted to a hospital. RJD leader Tejashvi Yadav leader expressed sadness at the incident and slammed the state government.
