New Delhi: Ministry of Home Affairs on Wednesday shared the details regarding the terror incidents & attempts of infiltration from across the border.
This concludes that, during past 3 years, there has been a significant decrease in terror incidents & attempts of infiltration from across the border, in J&K. However, incidents of shelling from across the border increased during past 3 years, said Ministry of Home Affairs in a written reply, in Rajya Sabha

As per the information provided by J&K Govt, a total of 35,44,938 applications for issuance of Domicile Certificate received as of 31st December 2020. Of which 32,31,353 applicants have been issued Domicile Certificates: MHA in Rajya Sabha
A total of 2,15,438 applications rejected as of 31st December 2020. A total of 31,08,682 Domicile Certificates have been issued to the dependents/holders of erstwhile Permanent Resident Certificates in J&K as of 31st December 2020: MHA in a written reply, in Rajya Sabha
As per report of Relief Office setup in 1990, by J&K Govt, 44,167 Kashmiri migrant families are registered who had to move from the Valley since 1990 due to security concerns. Of these, the count of registered Hindu migrant families is 39,782: MHA in Rajya Sabha
