New Delhi: While the mystery around Haryana BJP leader Sonali Phogat remains unsolved, fresh CCTV footage from the club has given fresh twist to the case.
In the CCTV footage, the leader can be seen struggling to stand and almost being dragged through the Goa hotel. A man is seen to be propping her up and carrying her outside the pub. The CCTV footage is reportedly of the time, hours before Phogat’s death.
Sonali Phogat can be seen dressed in red top and blue shorts and is seen limping through the club. The person accompanying her is said to be Sudhir Sangwan, one of the two key suspects arrested in the case.
Another key suspect Sukhwinder Wasi is also said to be present at the hotel and has been reportedly caught on camera.

Earlier, the reports citing Goa cops said that two key suspects had spiked her drink with some obnoxious chemical that led to her death.
“When confronted, Sukhwinder and Sudhir confessed that they intentionally mixed an obnoxious chemical into a liquid and made the victim drink it,” a leading portal said, quoting Goa IGP Omvir Singh Bishnoi as saying.
Initial reports said that the BJP leader died of an heart ailment/attack but when her family members rejected the theory and demand high-level probe, fresh revelations are coming to the fore.
Phogat was rushed to St Anthony Hospital in North Goa ‘s Anjuna on August 23 morning, where she was declared dead. Later, the autopsy report showed she suffered “multiple blunt force injuries”.
A day ago, another video of Sonali Phogat got in circulation which showed her dancing with her two associates, who are now the key accused in her death case.
Both the accused Sukhwinder and Sudhir were named as accused by Sonali’s brother.
