New Delhi: Union Minister RK Singh today said that Mumbai police was investigating and interrogating people was just a publicity stunt.
Mumbai police has not yet filed an FIR in the actor’s death case and didn’t tell who they are probing, he said.
People’s demand for transferring case to CBI is justified. I took this request to Maharashtra CM, but he was not in favour. CBI probe would be better from the point of justice & family also wants the same, he added.
Earlier in the day the Bihar police said that, none of the sim cards that were being used by Sushant was registered in his name. One of them was registered in the name of his friend Siddharth Pithani. We are now tracking the call detail records (CDRs).
The Bihar police also said that they will be interrogating the family of Sushant Singh Rajput’s former manager Disha Salian (who died few days before Sushant’s death).
