Tackling Covid-19: Centre forms 20 teams, to be sent to 20 most affected districts
The Central teams will not only the existing situation on ground but will work with the local authorities and the state government in more strict implementation of containment measures.
New Delhi: As the Covid-19 continues to spread its wings across the country, the Central govt has constituted 20 Central Public Health teams to visit those districts which are most affected by the virus.
The Central teams will not only the existing situation on ground but will work with the local authorities and the state government in more strict implementation of containment measures.
Some of the districts which have become epicenter of the epidemic include metro cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, tier-II cities like Lucknow, Agra, Surat & Thane in Maharashta and Jodhpur & Jaipur in Rajasthan.
