New Delhi: In yet incident of targeted attack on non-Kashmiris, the terrorists on Saturday shot dead two youths in the valley, both hailing from Hindi heartland, who apparently came to Kashmir for earning livelyhood. A street vendor was killed by terrorists in Eidgah Area of Srinagar. On October 5, three civilians including Virendra Paswan from Bihar was shot dead by terrorists in a separate incident. Paswan earned his daily by selling ‘golgappa’ on the streets. Islamic State had claimed responsibility for the killing. Terrorists fired upon 2 non-local labourers in Srinagar & Pulwama. Arvind Kumar Sah of Banka, Bihar succumbed to injuries in Srinagar and Sagir Ahmad of UP critically injured in Pulwama. We have neutralised 3 out of 5 terrorists of Srinagar city within less than 24 hours.” “A total of 11 terrorists have been killed so far in the eight encounters done by the security forces. There was a lot of responsibility on us after the recent civilian killings,” he had said.
