The filmmakers paid a courtesy visit to UP CM and thanked him for the support extended by state government.

New Delhi: Amid the successful run at the Box Office, the makers of film ‘The Kerala Story’ called on Uttar Pradesh chief minister Yogi Adityanth on Wednesday.

The Kerala Story team met Yogi Adityanath at his official residence 10,Kalidas Marg in Lucknow.

The team included producer Vipul Amritlal Shah, director Sudipto Sen & actress Adah Sharma, who played the main protagonist in the movie.

The filmmakers paid a courtesy visit to UP CM and also thanked him for the support extended by state government.

Notably, the movie has been made tax-free in Uttar Pradesh to facilitate more footfalls in the theatres & multiplexes. Making a film tax-free slashes the ticket cost, thus prompting more people to visit multiplexes.

The film has been a roaring success at the Box Office as it garnered more than Rs 50 crores within 5 days of release.
